Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry and for safety reasons, Minarah does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are considered final. If you have an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us at contact@minarah.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
At Minarah we maintain the highest levels of hygiene, as such all sales are considered final.
Due to the nature of our products we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges.
After a purchase is placed it is non-refundable.
In the case you have been shipped an incorrect product or order
Kindly notify us at 'contact@minarah.co.uk' within 7 days of receiving your parcel and will do our best to accommodate you.
If your order meets this condition, you may post the items in their original state (unworn, with the original packaging) and we'll do our best to provide you with a solution through an exchange.
Returns that display damage or evidence of wear and tear will not be authorised and shall be returned to the customer.
Please note:
Whilst we aim to keep minor discrepancies or 'defects' at a minimum, we'd like our customers to keep in mind that we do not manufacture our products and therefore have no controls over such discrepancies. It is important to note that all items are quality checked ahead of dispatch.
